Join us Saturday, February 11th from 6:00pm - 10:00pm for our Valentine's Hangar Dance at the Military Aviation Museum. Enjoy live music from the Terry Chesson Jump'n Live Orchestra while enjoying tasty eats.

Dust off your 1940s attire and call on your sweetie as we transform one of our hangars into a dancefloor and dining hall to celebrate Valentine’s Day!

What is a Hangar Dance?

During WWII, dances were arranged and held in airplane hangars as fundraisers for the war effort. Take a step back in time and join us for this great museum event.

Need help on the dance floor?

Swing Virginia members wll be attending the event to teach the vintage styles of swing dance. This local group teaches several styles including lindy hop, east coast swing, the jitterbug, and more!

What to wear?
