Yes they are. All we ask that you be willing to share any content if required.

Who restores the aircraft?

All of our aircraft are restored to flying condition by a variety of restoration facilities in many countries; the routine aircraft maintenance is then performed by the technicians at our maintenance facility, The Fighter Factory on site at the Virginia Beach Airport next to the museum.

Where does the museum find the aircraft?

Museum aircraft are found literally all over the world. The aircraft you see in the museum have been found in Russia, Germany, and Canada just to name a few.

When do the museum aircraft fly?

We host airshows throughout the year Warbirds Over the Beach to Biplanes. Our planes also attend air shows as well as other events around the country.

Do all the aircraft in the museum fly?

Yes, with very few exceptions. We are proud of the fact that most of our aircraft have been restored to flying condition, and are often seen flying to and from our museum.
