If you are interested in participating with an exhibit display or vendor booth, please view our event participation dates and contact our Events Coordinator for the correct application. Complete applications, fee payment (where applicable) and certificate of insurance must be received to be considered for each event. Please request each application form with the name of the Event being supported.
Below is our events list for 2018. Each event includes the estimated number of attendees. The Museum will select and confirm all participants based on the applications received. Once you are a confirmed vendor, the application fee is non-refundable.
Vendor fees are $200 per 100 sqft, min. $200 contract per event.
The deadline for Warbirds Over The Beach Air Show and Flying Proms applications will be Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
May 18, 19, 20, Warbirds Over the Beach Airshow anticipated audience: 3600 people
June 16th, Flying Proms anticipated audience: 1500 people
August 11th, General Aviation fly-in anticipated audience: 1000 people
Oct 5, 6, 7, Biplanes & Brew Air Show anticipated audience: 2200 people
